Following another successful Chilli and Curry lunch the bowls club had the great pleasure in presenting a cheque for £1402 to Braintree Youth Project Charity, our chosen charity over the past two bowls seasons. Thank you to Bocking Alliance Bowls Club members, their friends and family for their support and generosity fund raising. Graham Goodchild fundraiser from the chairty and fellow bowls club member said the money raised will be used to fund a trip to Bradwell Outdoor Pursuits Centre.

Braintree Youth Project Charity's (BYPC) focus is to provide somewhere for young people to meet up and socialise that doesn’t cost them anything, and to be a safe space for them to grow and develop.
